Each electrically heated unit has a combined living/dining area, kitchen with a refrigerator & stove, bedroom, bathroom and large storage area. The living room, bedroom and hallways are all carpeted. There is a nominal annual charge for air conditioner usage in the units if the resident decides to install a portable (only) AC unit.
