Who We Are

St. Giles' is an "Independent Living" facility located at 775 Park St. S. in Peterborough.

The Residence is a Seniors Only Non Profit housing facility (65+).

We do no provide any additional care or services.  The residents live here independently on their own.  We are also a scent, smoke, and pet free building.

The building is a 48 unit, 4 level building with 46 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments.  It is a 4 storey structure located near the intersection of Park St. South and Braidwood Ave in Peterborough.

The current market rent is $754 for a one-bedroom lower level apartment, $818 for a one-bedroom apartment on all other levels, and $906 for a two-bedroom apartment.  The rent payment includes the heat and hydro costs.  There is an additional annual hydro consumption fee if the resident decides to install a portable (only) AC unit.


The tenant(s) is(are) responsible for their own TV/Internet/Phone expenses.


There is an elevator and we do have limited parking availability. (included with your rental fee upon availability)

We are located on a City transit (bus) route. We have 3 laundry rooms with coin operated machines.
